How we recruit?

We ill carry group's standard recruitment process to all our international recruitment practices., including throughout background checks, CV screening, skill assessments and verification to ensure the right skill, good attitude and character to meet our client's demand..

We will need “ Manpower Demand Letter” from employer for our candidate sourcing. After screening and short-listing, we will forward potential CVs for employers’ decision. For most of the industrial recruitment, unlike hospitality recruitment, we will prefer employer to be here in Sri Lanka for the on-site-test, and face-to-face interview.
