Being the licensed Nepal recruitment agency with shareholder from Singapore, we might be the only Nepali manpower agency whose recruitment team has rich manufacturing MNC working experience. We have been making best effort to provide professional Malaysia recruitment agency service.

Our directors have long working experience in SeaXXX Technology (Singapore) and Japanese MNC respectively, dealing with IE / Process. We fully understand the different manpower requirement for local small factory and MNC, thus, we put more effort on candidates’ educational, background, skill and personal character screening.

Our HQ has been supplying tradesmen, skilled workers and professional manpower for Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, Ireland and many other countries since 1994. We have extensive manpower sourcing network and branches extended to Myanmar, Nepal, Vietnam and China. For Malaysia market, we have great supplying manpower pool in Myanmar, Nepal covering manufacturing / factory worker, hospitality (hotel and service) staff, restaurant and F/B staff, agriculture and farm worker, construction worker, and many others as you needed.

 

How we recruit?

We know industry and understand what makes best recruitment practice, which also makes our brand and market reputation, and thus attract international clients and job seekers.

As a standard recruitment practice, we will understand clients’ product, manpower requirement and then source accordingly in Nepal or Myanmar or even other countries if necessary.

We will prefer employer to come for the test (paper or on-site) and face-to-face interview. All preparation will be done in professional way even before your departure for the test. ​
